Compost

Our compost is locally made and fresh, which means it is a living product. We bring out a new batch weekly to ensure freshness. When planting, mix with 1/4 Shamus soil, 50% native soil and 1″ top dressing. Re-apply 2-3 times/year.

This is the only freshly made compost available in the Phoenix area. Our compost is alive and teeming with beneficial microbes and soil life. Use within days to get the benefits of this living product. Store-bought compost is a dry product that has been sealed and stored for a while. It is not the same quality as this living product. Compost adds much-needed organic matter,  helps retain moisture, and adds nutrition such as nitrogen to the soil.
